1. When this notice applies
This privacy notice takes effect on 10 October 2026. It applies to the public website at gromzi.com, its inquiry forms, its support chat and the storage choices presented in the site interface. It does not turn a web message into legal advice or an attorney-client relationship.
The page is written for visitors in the United States and for visitors who reach the site from Europe. The law that applies to a particular request can depend on where the visitor is located and the nature of the information involved.
2. Who operates the site
Gromzi operates and presents this site, trading at gromzi.com. The postal address is 2 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 82632, Austin, Texas, United States.
Gromzi is a small legal practice for business and personal matters. The site offers an inquiry route only. There is no account, password, payment or card-data collection through this website.
3. What the site records
The inquiry form receives name, phone, email, address, the kind of enquiry, the message, the requested specification and the consent tick. With the inquiry, the system records the IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, the moment the form was rendered and the moment it was sent.
The support chat receives the name, email and brief question supplied to start a conversation, then keeps the conversation and a token in the visitor's browser so the conversation can be returned to. A send action adds the next message to that conversation.
The site also receives technical and log data needed to deliver a page and protect a public form, including ordinary server and access-log information. Cookie identifiers and browser storage values include the consent choice stored under site_consent_v2 and the support-chat token. Advertising click identifiers may appear in a landing URL: gclid, msclkid and fbclid. Nothing on this site asks for an account password, payment information or card data.
4. Why each category is used
Contact details are used to reply to an inquiry, clarify the requested piece of work and communicate about a proposed scope. The kind of enquiry, notes and requested specification help identify whether the request concerns legal consultation, contract review and document preparation, disputes and claims, transaction support or a general inquiry.
Address information is used only when it helps understand the request or a proposed matter. The IP address, user-agent string, referring URL and timestamps support form security, delivery records and investigation of abuse. Chat details are used to continue the initial question and return a response through the chat route.
Click identifiers and consent signals are used to attribute current advertising traffic and operate measurement in the way permitted by the visitor's choice. The site receives paid traffic today from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads traffic may also reach the site.
5. Legal bases for processing
For a visitor's inquiry, Gromzi processes the details on the basis of steps requested before a possible contract and on the legitimate interest in receiving, sorting and answering a business communication. Where an engagement is later agreed, processing needed to perform that engagement is based on contract.
The consent tick on an inquiry form is used as consent to use the submitted details to respond. Optional advertising and measurement storage is processed on consent. Necessary storage for requested functionality, including a chat token, is used on the legitimate interest in providing the function the visitor opened.
Security, abuse prevention, record keeping and handling a legal request are processed on legitimate interest or to meet an applicable legal obligation. A visitor may withdraw consent for optional storage without changing the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Reply to an inquiry | Consent and steps before a possible contract |
| Provide requested chat | Legitimate interest in requested functionality |
| Optional advertising and measurement | Consent |
| Security and legal requests | Legitimate interest or legal obligation |
6. Advertising traffic and click identifiers
Google Ads (google ads), Microsoft Advertising (microsoft advertising) and Meta Ads send traffic here in the current advertising operation. Google Ads attaches gclid to a click. Microsoft Advertising attaches msclkid. Meta Ads attaches fbclid where a campaign runs there. These identifiers can arrive in the landing URL and are treated as advertising information.
Gromzi does not state that any platform has reviewed, approved or verified this site. The advertising destination must still explain the service, its boundaries and the way optional storage is controlled. A click identifier does not prove that a visitor has a legal situation, and it is not used as a substitute for the information needed to consider an inquiry.
7. Consent Mode v2 starts denied
Before advertising integration runs, Consent Mode v2 (consent mode) holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied. Each remains denied until the visitor allows the relevant optional storage. When the visitor declines or withdraws, the signals are set back to denied at once.
Necessary browser storage for requested functions is separate from optional advertising storage. A denial does not necessarily mean that no cookieless measurement signals are sent by an advertising platform. It means optional storage and the associated consent signals stay denied according to the visitor's choice. Gromzi does not promise that a platform will delete information it already lawfully received.
The current choice can be reopened through Storage settings in the footer when the consent controls are available. The detailed controls and platform references are in Cookies and storage choices.
8. Who may receive information
Information can be received by the following parties for the purposes described above:
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, for Google Ads and its consent signals.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, for Microsoft Advertising and its
msclkidtraffic. Its privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com. - Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, for Meta Ads and
fbclidwhere a campaign runs there. - The hosting provider that serves this site and stores the inquiry database.
- The mail provider that carries the notification to the operator's inbox.
These recipients act for the service, advertising or delivery purpose relevant to the data. Gromzi does not sell a service through the site and does not provide a public client list.
9. Transfers across borders
The operator and site are in the United States, while named advertising, hosting and mail providers may process information in the United States, Ireland or another country where their service infrastructure operates. A transfer outside the country where information was collected is made under the provider's contractual, organizational or legal safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism available to that provider.
European visitors should understand that United States privacy protections may differ from those in Europe. The request route remains available to ask how a particular category was handled. Gromzi does not promise that every recipient uses the same legal regime as the visitor's home country.
10. Retention has a stated period
Gromzi keeps each category for the period assigned to its use:
- Enquiries and their email copies: 24 months.
- Chat transcripts: 6 months.
- Server and access logs: 90 days.
- The record of a consent choice: 6 months.
After the applicable period, the record is deleted or made unavailable through the ordinary system process, unless an applicable legal obligation, dispute or security investigation requires a different handling. A chat token in a browser may remain as requested functional state until its stored record expires or the visitor removes it.
11. Security has limits
Gromzi uses access controls around the inquiry database, ordinary hosting protections, form validation, restricted operator access and transport security provided by the site host and service providers. The public form also uses hidden anti-abuse fields and records technical data needed to investigate misuse.
No internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Do not send confidential documents, account numbers or detailed case histories through the form or chat. The site is an inquiry route, not a secure document exchange. Security measures reduce risk; they do not make a web message immune from interception, misdirection or unauthorized access.
12. Rights for European visitors
Where the GDPR (gdpr) applies, a visitor may ask for access to personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability of data, and may object to processing. A visitor may also withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in the GDPR and other applicable law.
Use the data request page or write to office@gromzi.com. Gromzi may need proportionate information to identify the relevant record. Do not attach identity documents to the first web request.
13. United States state rights
United States state privacy laws apply according to the visitor's state and the law in force there. California visitors can refer to the CCPA (ccpa) and CPRA rights to know or access, correct, delete, and to receive information about processing, subject to legal exceptions. California visitors may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Gromzi does not use this site to sell personal information, but the opt-out route remains available where a law treats advertising sharing as sale or sharing.
Other state laws may provide additional rights, including appeal or limits on certain uses. Send a request through data-request.html or email office@gromzi.com. The response depends on applicable law and the information involved.
14. Global Privacy Control
Gromzi honours the Global Privacy Control signal (global privacy control), including the Sec-GPC header, as an opt-out without asking again for optional advertising sharing where that signal applies. This choice does not stop necessary site functions, and it does not necessarily erase information already lawfully received by a platform.
15. This site is not for children
The site is directed to adults seeking to discuss a business or personal legal matter. It is not for children. Gromzi does not knowingly take personal data from children, and a parent or guardian who believes a child has sent information should contact office@gromzi.com so the matter can be reviewed.
16. Complaints remain available
A visitor may complain to their state Attorney General. A California visitor may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency in California. A visitor from Europe may complain to a data protection authority in the country or place where they live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
Contacting Gromzi first can help identify the record and the request, but it does not remove the right to contact an authority.
17. How to make a privacy request
Use the personal data request route, email office@gromzi.com or write to 2 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 82632, Austin, Texas, United States. State the right you are asking to use, the email or phone connected with the record and whether the request concerns an inquiry, chat, consent choice or advertising identifier.
Gromzi answers a data request within 10 days. That is the operator's stated response time for this route, not a promise that every requested action is available under every law. Verification can require a separate secure exchange. Do not send identity documents in the initial form.
18. Changes to this notice
When the handling described here changes, Gromzi updates this page and changes the effective date at the top. A material change can also be signposted through the site's ordinary public interface or consent controls. The current page is the version that applies to new activity from its stated effective date.
19. A direct way to reach the practice
For privacy questions, email office@gromzi.com or call +1 (865) 555-2505. Postal requests may be sent to 2 River Road, Unit B, Austin, Texas 82632, Austin, Texas, United States.
Keep the first message limited to what is needed to locate the request. This contact route does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not a substitute for an urgent legal response.
